Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1–2 working days. You will receive a confirmation message and tracking details once the order is shipped.

Shipping

We offer delivery across India. Shipping time usually ranges between 3–7 working days depending on your location. Delays due to courier partners or external factors may occur, which are beyond our control.

Payments

All payments must be made online through our secure payment gateway. We do not accept cash on delivery at the moment.

Exchanges and Returns

We accept exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with a proper unboxing video. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped. For urgent requests, please contact our support team immediately after placing the order.
