Return & Exchange

At RivaazBox, we take great care to deliver handcrafted and thoughtfully curated gifting items in perfect condition. However, if there’s any issue with your order, we do offer an exchange, subject to the terms below.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a clear unboxing video, which is mandatory for any exchange request.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp (+91 92148 45701) or email at therivaazbox@gmail.com with your order number, issue details, and the unboxing video. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

Once your exchange is approved, you may need to return the product to us. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer, unless the error is on our part. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll send your replacement within 3–5 working days.

Please note, we do not accept exchanges for used items, custom/personalised orders, or returns without original packaging and a valid unboxing video.
